Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, data engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of data engineering/architecture with enterprise-scale lakehouse experience.
• Hands-on AI/ML infrastructure experience including pipelines and vector stores.
• Experience managing blended teams of employees and contractors.
• Manufacturing/CPG or back-office data domain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the governed data platform architecture from ground up.
• Shape AI and agent architecture, ontology, and governance controls.
• Oversee data pipelines, reliability, and cross-functional cost management.
• Lead DataGovOps, metadata, lineage, and governance-as-code initiatives.
• Build and mentor a blended team, align delivery with business needs.
