Qualifications

• Senior management experience within Capital Markets.
• Strong knowledge of Sales & Trading and end-to-end trade lifecycle across Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Futures, and Derivatives.
• Proven experience leading Data Governance and Data Quality initiatives, including ownership, definitions, controls, standards, lineage, and processes.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex data issues by root cause analysis and cross-team remediation.
• Experience partnering with Technology to translate business needs into data and platform requirements.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management across business and technology.
