Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. is seeking a Director of Customer Program Management for Data Center GPU. You will lead strategic customer engagements, drive deployment success, and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product management, and operations to accelerate customer ramp and adoption.

The role requires exceptional leadership, deep GPU/datacenter expertise, and the ability to influence without direct authority. Travel to customer sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in customer program management or technical leadership roles.
• Strong communication and executive-level collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as executive program lead for AMD's top hyperscale, CSP, and AI infrastructure engagements.
• Own end-to-end deployment and operational maturity for datacenter GPU deployments.
• Build relationships with senior customer stakeholders and coordinate across AMD teams.
• Define and track KPIs and deployment milestones.
• Represent AMD in executive reviews and industry forums.
