Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Master’s in a quantitative field preferred.
• 10+ years in data/analytics, including leading multidisciplinary teams.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Python or R; SQL; and modern visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with cloud data services (AWS or Azure), data modeling, and ELT/ETL tooling.
• Working knowledge of ML/AI techniques and responsible application.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Experience developing departmental strategies and technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define D&A vision and a multi-year roadmap aligned to bank priorities.
• Establish data architecture, quality principles, and fit-for-purpose tech choices.
• Lead reusable data pipelines, models, and visualizations.
• Incorporate ML/NLP and AI to improve decision support.
• Engage executives with progress updates and outcome-focused narratives.
• Drive planning meetings and translate requirements into deliverables.
• Oversee reliable data pipelines and self-service tools.
• Establish SLAs, monitoring, and incident management for data products.
• Partner with data/tech peers and governance forums.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor staff; foster inclusive culture.
