Responsibilities

• Hone and execute EdReports' data and internal technology strategy, ensuring data, analytics, and technology systems support organizational priorities, operational excellence, and long‑term growth.
• Lead the design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of EdReports' data ecosystem, including the data warehouse, data pipelines, reporting infrastructure, and BI dashboards for timely, accurate decision‑making.
• Maintain and improve data governance practices that ensure data quality, security, privacy, accessibility, and responsible stewardship while promoting consistent data standards across the organization.
• Develop and improve organization‑wide standards for the internal knowledge management ecosystem, collaboration platforms, information architecture, document management, AI‑enabled tools, and governance.
• Oversee day‑to‑day IT operations, including end‑user support, system administration, device lifecycle management, cybersecurity, business continuity, and reliable operation of internal technology systems.
• Lead evaluation, selection, implementation, and ongoing management of internal technology solutions and vendor partnerships, including software procurement and MSP oversight.
• Lead organization‑wide adoption and change management for data and technology initiatives, partnering with leaders to translate investments into measurable improvements in how teams work and make decisions.
• Own data & IT resource planning and technology investment recommendations, balancing priorities, staff capacity, budget, risk, and sustainability to maximize value.
• Supervise, coach, and develop 1 direct report.
• Other duties as assigned to support the organization's strategic goals.
