Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Director of Analytics to sit above the current Data Analytics Manager, providing the strategic, financial, and leadership layer the function currently lacks. This builder role will own the analytics function, direct existing talent, and scale the team as the organization grows.

The role requires executive presence, P&L and ROI experience, and at least 3 years in iGaming, online sports betting, or digital gaming to navigate regulatory environments.

• Executive presence: comfortable presenting to C-suite and Board audiences; translate data into business narratives.
• Financial analytics depth: P&L management, ROI modeling, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strategic analytics ownership: has run a function, set direction, governs data quality, owns roadmap.
• Predictive and advanced modeling: LTV modeling, lifecycle marketing, predictive analytics.
• iGaming experience: minimum 3 years in iGaming, online sports betting, or digital gaming.

We have a strong hands-on Data Analytics Manager in place who owns data execution — SQL, PowerBI, reporting, and customer database management. We are now hiring a Director to sit above that role and provide the strategic, financial, and leadership layer the function currently lacks. This is a builder role: the Director will own the analytics function, direct existing analytical talent, and grow the team as the organization scales.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• People leadership — has managed analysts before and knows how to develop execution-level talent into more strategic contributors
• Executive presence — comfortable presenting to C-suite and Board audiences; can translate complex data into clear business narratives
• Financial analytics depth — P&L management, ROI modeling, budgeting and forecasting; our current analyst does not have this
• Strategic analytics ownership — has run a function, not just contributed to one; sets direction, governs data quality, and owns the roadmap
• Predictive and advanced modeling — LTV modeling, lifecycle marketing, predictive analytics; we need forward-looking capability, not just descriptive reporting
• iGaming experience — minimum 3 years in iGaming, online sports betting, or digital gaming; this is non-negotiable given our regulatory and compliance environment
