Job summary
Arkero is seeking a Director, Customer Transformation to ensure successful adoption of our AI-powered solutions across sports organizations and live entertainment clients. You will own how Arkero lands in customer ecosystems, leading rollouts, driving change, enabling teams, and turning frontline learnings into product improvements.
This senior role balances executive communication with hands-on workshops, and you will report directly to the CEO.
Qualifications
- Experience implementing customer success and rollout programs at scale.
- Proven track record driving adoption and change in enterprise software.
- Skilled in bridging executive strategy with frontline delivery.
- Able to create playbooks, guides, and training materials.
- Willing to travel on-site with customers as needed.
- Strong written and visual communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own rollout and adoption plans for Arkero customers.
- Manage system integrations and access provisioning to enable live launches.
- Lead change management from executives to front-line teams.
- Create rollout guides, launch plans, and training materials.
- Coach customer teams on applying Arkero to their workflows.
- Represent customer feedback to inform the product roadmap.
