Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, analytics, statistics, economics, CS, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data science, customer analytics, BI, revenue analytics, ML, or AI.
• Experience building predictive models and translating data into business recommendations.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain a centralized Customer Intelligence Platform.
• Develop predictive revenue and customer behavior models.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to improve forecasting and pricing insights.
• Deliver executive dashboards and actionable recommendations to drive growth.
• Lead AI governance and AI-enabled decision-support initiatives.
