The Director oversees affinity groups, listening programs, recognition efforts, and a culture of continuous improvement, partnering with system leaders and HR for measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree is preferred in a related field.
• Proven track record in healthcare or large complex organizations.
• Experience leading employee engagement, culture transformation and listening programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise culture initiatives aligned with values and priorities.
• Oversee affinity groups, listening programs, and recognition efforts.
• Supervise the Employee Listening & Recognition team and Alliance initiatives.
• Partner with system leaders to translate feedback into action.
• Monitor metrics and drive continuous improvement in engagement.
