Forefront is seeking a Director of Culinary Services to provide strategic leadership across residential dining, retail, and catering in a healthcare setting, ensuring exceptional food quality, hospitality-driven service, and resident satisfaction.

You will manage budgets and costs, oversee purchasing and vendor partnerships, enforce rigorous safety and sanitation standards, and build high‑performing teams while driving menu innovation and program growth in line with Forefront’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Lead all culinary operations including production, menu execution, catering, and special events.
• Ensure high-quality, scratch or fresh-prepared food aligned with Forefront standards.
• Develop and execute seasonal menus and resident-driven programs.
• Maintain presentation, taste, and service standards at all times.
• Champion innovation and culinary experience enhancements.
• Own food and labor cost performance and budgeting.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure health and safety compliance across all sites.
