Ascension is seeking a Director of CRM Market Engagement & Activation to lead the strategy and execution of digital, direct-to-consumer (DTC) CRM campaigns that support ministry market priorities. This role will serve as the bridge between market-specific goals and centralized CRM strategies - ensuring messaging, content, and campaigns are aligned, effective, and personalized across digital and offline channels.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, strong healthcare marketing experience, and a passion for AI-enabled innovation, performance measurement, and consumer-first strategy. This role will support patient acquisition and retention while advancing scalable CRM activation across the system.
Manage campaign strategy and activation support for physician marketing and community-based initiatives, including preventive and referral journey work.
