Job summary

Metric Geo seeks a Director of CRM & Customer Experience Platforms in Columbus, OH. This executive will own the enterprise CRM strategy and platform, guiding the lifecycle from lead generation to ongoing care, while coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Care.

He/she will drive a multi-year Microsoft Dynamics rollout across divisions, leading a blended team of staff and consulting partners to deliver configuration, testing, data migration, and user training.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise CRM implementations.
• Proven track record managing multi-year CRM rollouts across divisions.
• Strong cross-functional leadership with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Care.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CRM strategy and platform for the organization, owning end-to-end lifecycle.
• Partner with CIO and executive leadership to drive business results through CRM.
• Oversee a multi-year Microsoft Dynamics rollout across divisions.
• Manage blended teams of internal staff and consulting partners (config, implementation, testing, migration, support).

Position: Director of CRM & Customer Experience Platforms

Location: Columbus, OH – relocation required
