Ruby Recruiting is looking for a Director of Critical Care (RN) for ICU & Stepdown Units in North Florida. This role is for a 175+ bed facility that is expanding with a 30 million dollar investment.

The ideal candidate will have a valid Florida RN license and a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for an MSN. Experience in acute care management is essential. The position offers a competitive salary, full benefits, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications
