Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Georgia nursing license and professional certification as applicable.
• ACLS required (within 6 months of hire).
• RN with BS in nursing, business or health related field.
• Master’s degree highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in management/administration in health sector.
• Three or more years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Administration, coordination, and evaluation of clinical services; formulate staffing model.
• Cultivate staff development through leadership and mentoring.
• Participate in performance improvement to optimize care quality and resource use.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and JCAHO standards.
• Build productive relationships with system management, physicians, staff and community.
• Ensure patient/family satisfaction remains a top priority in clinical services.
• Represent St. Mary’s leadership in the community and healthcare settings.
