Job summary

Trinity Health seeks a Director of Critical Care to lead ICU, NCCU, and IMCU operations in Georgia. You will plan and manage nursing services, develop staffing models, and implement care delivery improvements while fostering excellence in patient care and satisfaction.

The role requires clinical and administrative leadership, a strong commitment to regulatory standards, and collaboration with CNO and care leaders to drive business and care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Georgia (or eligible to licensure)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or health-related field
• Master’s degree preferred for senior leadership
• Minimum 3 years in health management/administration
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Administer, coordinate, and evaluate clinical services in the department/division.
• Formulate staffing model for department/division.
• Develop staff through leadership and mentoring.
• Lead performance improvement to optimize resource use and quality of care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal/state/JCAHO standards.
• Foster relationships with system management, physicians, staff and community.
• Uphold patient/family satisfaction as a top priority in clinical services.
• Represent Trinity Health in community and healthcare settings with professional demeanor.
