Job summary

Lamoille County Mental Health Services is seeking a leader to manage the Mobile Crisis Team, Crisis-Bed Unit (Oasis House), and the PIP bed, ensuring consistent, timely responses to mental health crises.

The role includes supervising staff, supporting program development and maintenance, and coordinating with community providers, with potential direct clinical service to a small caseload as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; at least 5 years’ experience in emergency service management.
• Preferred: Master’s degree with at least 2 years’ experience in emergency service management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Mobile Crisis Team, Crisis-Bed Unit (Oasis House), and PIP bed; ensure timely responses to mental health crises.
• Supervise staff, support program development and maintenance, and coordinate with community providers.
• May provide direct clinical services to a small caseload as needed.
