Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of Crisis Services, including Mobile Crisis Response and Mobile Crisis Response-Team, ensuring 24/7 in-person response coverage.
  • Develop policies, oversee case assignments, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with program goals and contracts.
  • Participate in program design aligned with organizational strategic plans and community needs.
  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and coaching.
  • Participate in crisis intervention consultation, CQI processes, and regular management meetings.
  • Coordinate with community partners and ensure documentation standards meet regulatory requirements.
  • Adjust treatment protocols based on current research and address quality-of-care concerns.
  • Occasionally provide on-site crisis services and support clinics as needed.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
  • Licensure (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) required.
  • At least two years of experience with Mobile Crisis Response/SASS and MCR-Team.
  • Experience in clinical and administrative supervision, program management, and crisis intervention.

Additional Requirements

Schedule & Compensation

The role involves overseeing a 24/7 crisis response program, with a hybrid work schedule requiring at least three days on-site weekly. On-call duties include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary range: $75,000 – $90,000, based on experience and qualifications.
