BrightSpring Health Services seeks a Director of Contracting to lead contracting, network strategy, and analytics for Abilis Health Plan. You will manage provider relationships, drive value-based models, and oversee the contract lifecycle from negotiation to renewal.

Ideal candidates bring senior leadership experience in managed care, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to translate data into strategic decisions that balance access, cost, and quality.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of experience in managed care, health plan operations, provider contracting, or network management.
• Proven progression from operational to strategic leadership roles.
• Experience negotiating complex provider contracts (hospital systems, physician groups, ancillary providers).
• Experience with value-based contracting, risk sharing, capitation, bundled payments, shared savings.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams.

• Develop, lead and execute provider network strategies to ensure access across geographies.
• Negotiate contracts with hospitals, physician groups, and facilities.
• Manage contract lifecycle: drafting, reviewing, renewing, amending, termination.
• Structure payment models including fee-for-service, capitation, bundled payments, shared savings.
• Oversee provider data integrity, delegation oversight, and network performance.
• Lead network administration, directory maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, compliance and other stakeholders.
• Monitor MLR and cost drivers; forecast network costs.
• Lead a high performing cross-functional contracting team.
