Job summary

Abilis Health Plan and its leadership team seek a Dir of Contracting & Network Management to guide provider contracting, network strategy, and value-based care initiatives. You will shape network design, oversee contract lifecycles, and align strategies with regulatory and financial targets.

You will manage a cross-functional team, foster provider relationships, and drive analytics to monitor utilization and costs while ensuring member access and quality care across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in contracting/leadership.
• Experience with provider contracting and network management.
• Experience negotiating complex provider contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead and execute provider network strategies to ensure access across specialties and geographies.
• Negotiate contracts with hospitals, physician groups, ancillary providers, and facility partners.
• Oversee provider data integrity, delegation oversight, and provider performance.
• Lead operational functions such as network administration and vendor oversight.
• Develop value-based contracting models and monitor utilization and costs.
• Forecast network costs and provider reimbursements; align with financial targets.
• Build and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team; drive accountability.
