Job summary

WSB in Minnesota seeks a Director of Contract Administration to supervise and train staff, drive business development, and lead project delivery across Federal and state contracts. You will guide teams, ensure compliance with complex requirements, and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; PE license in Minnesota preferred but not required.
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and ability to work in multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Direct WSB’s Northern MN Contract Administration team to manage and deliver successful projects, including proposal development and staff scheduling.
• Lead projects following State & Federal Contract Administration processes; ensure compliance with plans and specs.
• Provide project management, oversight, and administration on Federal, State, County and City construction contracts; verify compliance and prepare pay estimates.
