Director of Consulting - Legal Knowledge Management

We are seeking a Director of Practice Solutions Consulting to lead our knowledge management consulting practice within the legal sector. This role reports to the CEO and focuses on expanding our expertise in Knowledge Management and Innovation solutions for large law firms, particularly within the Am Law 200 and global firms.

The ideal candidate will have extensive KM/Innovation experience, leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of legal technology stacks, including enterprise search, workflow tools, business intelligence, DMS software, and emerging AI solutions. Responsibilities include building and managing a team, partnering with legal technology clients, designing project plans, developing business strategies, and representing the firm at industry events.

Minimum requirements include a BS/BA degree (MBA or JD preferred), 8+ years in law firm KM/Innovation, with at least 3 years leading consulting teams, and strong communication with senior legal executives. Travel may be required.
