eSentio is seeking a Director of Practice Solutions Consulting

eSentio provides technology consulting to some of the largest and most technically advanced law firms and legal organizations in the country and the UK. We focus on complex projects with a goal to exceed client expectations in service, integrity, value, and expertise. Our team comprises experienced thought leaders in their fields, and we are expanding this team.

We are looking for a Director of Practice Solutions Consulting who will report to the CEO and lead our knowledge management consulting practice across Am Law 200 and global law firm clients. The role involves building and expanding our expertise in Knowledge Management and Innovation solutions for large law firms.

This individual will work to enhance existing knowledge management capabilities within our target clients. The ideal candidate will have significant KM/Innovation experience, leadership in consulting teams, and deep knowledge of legal technology stacks, including enterprise search, workflow tools, business intelligence platforms, DMS software, and emerging AI tools. Experience advising on vendor-based low/no-code solutions is also essential.

All team members are expected to proactively manage their work quality and collaborate effectively across the organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Building and leading a team of Knowledge Management/Innovation Consultants
• Partnering with legal technology teams to identify gaps and improve their tech stacks
• Creating work plans to ensure high-quality, timely project delivery
• Developing business plans and financial models for the practice group
• Establishing policies and procedures, ensuring legal and compliance standards
• Coordinating with other practice groups for integrated services
• Contributing to organizational strategy and high-quality service delivery
• Representing eSentio at industry events and in thought leadership activities
• Driving revenue through upselling and industry networking
• Participating in sales presentations to prospective clients

Minimum qualifications:

• BS/BA required; MBA or JD a plus
• 8+ years in law firm KM/Innovation, with at least 3 years leading teams
• Extensive experience interacting with senior law firm leaders and executives
• Proven project management and policy development skills
• Experience with gap analysis and best practice frameworks
• Expertise in legal technology, system integration, and cultural nuances
• Willingness to travel as needed to US and UK clients and events
