Qualifications
4–8+ years of experience in real estate development, preferably with student housing or multifamily projects.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and real estate financial modeling.
Strong understanding of zoning, entitlements, construction processes.
Responsibilities
Oversee execution of student housing developments from preconstruction to closeout.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and contracting strategy.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
Lead GC/CM selection and constructability reviews.
Ensure adherence to life-safety, accessibility, and code requirements.
