Job summary

STACK Infrastructure, a leader in wholesale data centers, seeks a Director of Construction Safety to design and lead a forward-looking safety program across our construction projects. You will partner with Construction and Development teams, on-board third-party EHS professionals, and drive improvements in incident investigations and corrective actions.

The role requires 12–15+ years in EHS for construction, with data-center or critical infrastructure experience, deep knowledge of NFPA 70E, 29

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction safety or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Construction and Development teams within the region.
• Lead and mentor Safety Managers and 3rd party staff.
• Evaluate and qualify general contractors and vendors.
• Coordinate with GC leadership to improve EHS programs and actions.
• Ensure timely incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Champion STACK SID process and drive change with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Dirt to Delivery and project turnover.
• Identify safety improvement opportunities in design and construction phases.
