About Our Client

A Miami-based real estate development firm focuses on creating efficient, high-density residential buildings in urban centers. Their approach aims to provide affordable living options for professionals while contributing to the revitalization of urban communities.

The firm employs a unique residential-hospitality operational model that includes coliving, micro-units, traditional long-term leasing, and short-term rentals. All apartments are fully furnished and designed to maximize vertical space, featuring private workstations and controlled air conditioning. Residents benefit from an all-in-one utility package, high-speed internet, and optional housekeeping services.

By developing efficient, dense, and economical layouts, the company is able to pass on cost savings to residents. Their properties are strategically located in walkable neighborhoods near downtown Miami, offering convenient access to amenities and public transportation.

The firm is actively expanding its portfolio, with multiple projects in various stages of development. They are committed to fostering a sense of community among residents and contributing to the growth and sustainability of urban areas.
