Job summary

Spire Building Solutions is seeking a Director of Concrete Restoration & Building Envelope Operations to own the regional portfolio across Florida. The role requires leading project teams, managing budgets, and coordinating with clients and engineers to protect schedule and margins.

You will oversee preconstruction through closeout, with focus on QA, construction methods, and contract compliance in a high-demand market. Local presence in Florida is essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial building envelope, concrete restoration, waterproofing, façade work.
• Experience leading and developing other Project Managers, Superintendents, and field crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and grow regionally operating project teams.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, cost-to-complete, change orders and subcontractor spend for regional P&L.
• Coordinate high-level communication with board members, property managers, investors and engineers.
• Represent operations in preconstruction through closeout activities and contractual obligations.
