Spire Building Solutions is seeking a Director of Concrete Restoration & Building Envelope Operations to own the regional project portfolio and lead teams delivering concrete restoration and building preservation solutions. You will manage project executives, supervise field crews, and drive safety, quality, and profitability across all active and pipeline work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in multi-project operations in commercial restoration or building envelope work.
• Proven leadership of Project Managers, Superintendents, and field crews.
• Strong P&L and financial management at portfolio level.
• Deep technical knowledge of restoration, waterproofing, and building envelope.
• Excellent client-facing leadership with regional market relationships.

Responsibilities

• Hold end-to-end accountability for regional active and pipeline projects.
• Balance resources and optimize portfolio throughput and profitability.
• Lead, develop, and mentor project teams across teams.
• Drive change-order pricing and budget control.
• Provide regular operational and financial reporting to leadership.
