Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York is seeking a Director of Compliance to ensure OMH regulatory alignment and oversee quality improvement. The role supervises the Quality Improvement Manager and coordinates with external regulators.

The position emphasizes HIPAA and corporate compliance, data analysis, staff development, and reporting responsibilities within a Catholic Charities framework.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health discipline is preferred.
• Seven years of experience working in compliance.
• Five years of experience working in and/or with a government contracted program preferred.
• Five years of experience working with a special needs population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Improvement Department and supervise the Quality Improvement Manager.
• Serve as BOH's representative and gatekeeper for regulatory entities and external provider support systems to fulfill compliance requirements.
• Manage BOH's electronic health record by acting as internal help desk and coordinating with vendor for issues and changes.
• Oversee participation in Regional Health Information Organizations and ensure documentation is current.
• Populate and analyze data for quarterly Divisional Board Report and develop evaluation studies.
