Snap Finance is seeking a Director, Compliance Policies, Procedures & Training to lead the development, maintenance, and implementation of our policies, procedures, and training program. You will translate federal and state consumer lending regulations into practical requirements for product, operations, risk, and compliance teams.

You will own the policy lifecycle, partner with stakeholders, and ensure training reflects regulatory changes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, compliance, legal studies, or related field.
• Significant experience in financial-services compliance, preferably within consumer lending, banking, fintech, or another highly regulated environment.
• Demonstrated experience writing, reviewing, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering compliance training to employees at multiple levels of an organization.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state consumer lending laws and regulations.
• Excellent legal and regulatory analysis, writing, editing, communication, organization, and project-management skills.
• Ability to interpret complex requirements and convert them into clear, practical business processes and controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the full lifecycle of compliance policies and procedures, including development, drafting, review, approval, communication, reassessment, and retirement.
• Review business-line policies, procedures, job aids, workflows for compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Establish consistent standards for policy and procedure content, ownership, version control, review frequency, approval, and documentation.
• Partner with business and functional stakeholders to ensure policies and procedures reflect actual operating practices.
• Maintain documentation to support audits, regulatory examinations, and management reporting.
• Serve as a point of escalation for complex consumer lending compliance questions.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide compliance training programs.
• Create training for employees across business lines, including training for closed-end and open-end lending products.
• Translate regulations, policies, procedures, examination findings, monitoring results, complaints, and risks into digestible content.
• Coordinate new-hire, annual, targeted, remedial, and regulatory-change training.
• Maintain training records and reporting to demonstrate completion and effectiveness.
