Job summary

Cosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Director of Compliance to lead and continuously improve the company’s enterprise compliance program.

You will work closely with the GC/CO and report to the CEO and Audit Committee on program effectiveness, risks, and remediation status. The role requires eight or more years in healthcare compliance within the pharmaceutical sector, deep knowledge of AKS, FCA, PDMA, 340B, Open Payments, and privacy laws, and the ability to steer programs across legal,

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Minimum eight (8) years of healthcare-compliance experience in pharma/biotech/medical-device industries.
• Demonstrated ability to build and operate core compliance program elements (risk assessment, monitoring, training, investigations, hotline).
• Ability to influence senior leadership and maintain integrity in escalation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day design, implementation, and improvement of Cosette's enterprise compliance program under the GC/CO.
• Coordinate Compliance Committee operations and reporting to CEO and Audit Committee.
• Own policy lifecycle, term definitions, and cross-references across the policy suite.
• Conduct annual enterprise compliance risk assessments and develop risk-based monitoring plans.
• Oversee Open Payments, 340B, and price-transparency activities; manage vendor relationships and data integrity.
• Lead training programs, investigations, and hotline operations; ensure non-retaliation culture.
• Partner with Legal, IT, QA, Finance, and HR on privacy, AI governance, and regulatory obligations.
