Job summary

Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals, based in Lexington, MA, is seeking an Associate Director, Compliance & Ethics to shape and evolve the Compliance & Ethics program across monitoring, auditing, transparency and risk assessment.

Onsite five days a week, you will lead cross‑functional initiatives, develop and implement policies and controls, analyze data, and report findings to leadership while fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in compliance, ethics, audit and/or related roles within biotech/pharma.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance laws and industry codes.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and execution of the annual Compliance & Ethics monitoring and auditing plan.
• Oversee monitoring activities to ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Track and report progress, analyze data, and support analytics across the organization.
• Act as subject matter expert on transparency, aggregate-spend and reporting requirements.
• Facilitate data collection and generation of transparency reports for authorities.
• Lead development and improvement of policies, processes and controls for spend capture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely submissions under laws and regulations.
• Maintain understanding of transparency and reporting laws and industry codes.
• Support risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for ERM program.
• Track risk results and communicate to stakeholders; promote a culture of ethics.
• Develop new tools or processes to support organizational goals.
