• Take ownership of strategic programs and initiatives ensuring they are effectively managed and positioned for success.
• Lead special projects, pilot programs, and new initiatives that support the organization's goals.
• Help decide which projects should move forward, grow, change, or end based on organizational needs.
• Track progress using reports, metrics, and dashboards, and share updates with leadership.
• Adapt to changing priorities while keeping projects organized and moving forward.
