Qualifications

• Sales and marketing experience required.
• Experience in the senior living industry preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing efforts by building a prospect base, handling inquiries, giving tours, and following up.
• Coordinate annual and monthly marketing plans.
• Maintain census rates and inquiry history.
• Maintain marketing collateral.
• Coordinate move-ins.
• Maintain mailing and follow-up with customers and referrals.
• Complete a weekly marketing report.
• Maintain guest and showrooms.
• Communicate with department managers and marketing staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned
