Job summary

Bridges by EPOCH at Trumbull in Connecticut seeks a full-time Director of Community Relations to lead senior living sales and marketing for our Memory Care community. You will develop quarterly marketing strategies, manage relationships with families and referral sources, and drive occupancy.

We offer a lucrative commission package, comprehensive benefits, and a flexible schedule. Experience in senior living sales and memory care is preferred, with strong closing and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience executing the sales and marketing process in senior living sales.
• Proven ability to close sales and meet occupancy goals.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• The Director of Community Relations is responsible for all aspects of internal and external sales and marketing of our Senior Living Community.
• This position develops and executes a quarterly marketing overview, as well as a monthly marketing plan.
• The Director of Community Relations evaluates and identifies occupancy strategies.
• This position develops relationships with families and client prospects within the community and referral sources.

Qualifications

• We require a minimum of 3 years of experience executing the sales and marketing process in Senior Living Sales.
• Must have a proven ability to close sales. Must be a dynamic self-starter, organized and able to work as a team with internal departments.
• We require exceptional customer service skills.
• Qualified candidates must exhibit an up-beat, polished, professional and personable demeanor.
• Memory Care experience preferred
