The role requires a hands-on leader who builds grassroots momentum, forges strong partnerships, and collaborates with Marketing, Retail Ops, and store teams to boost patient acquisition and loyalty.

The ideal candidate will spend significant time in the field, partner with District Managers, and develop strategies that convert outreach

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in sales, business development, or customer acquisition with field execution.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel across Florida; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proven ability to build external relationship pipelines and partnerships.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in the field.

• Develop and execute market-level community and physician partnership strategies in Florida.
• Design events, playbooks, and outreach materials for local growth.
• Train District Managers and store teams on the event toolkit.
• Identify high-value neighborhoods and partnerships to drive new patients.
• Track KPIs like new patients, conversions, and ROI.
