The Arc of Greater New Orleans (ArcGNO) seeks a Director of Community Integration to provide leadership, operational oversight, and program management for Community Integration services across locations. You will ensure meaningful engagement, regulatory compliance, waiver services delivery, and outcomes for participants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in I/DD or waiver services, including supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Therap, LaSRS, and Medicaid Waiver programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all Community Integration locations.
• Lead departmental quality improvement and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise Assistant Directors, Program Coordinators, and DSPs and manage budgets.
