Job summary

Express Employment Professionals – Redding is seeking a dynamic Director of Communications to lead marketing, PR, community relations and event strategy for the organization and its affiliates in Shasta County. You will shape strategy, manage budgets, produce marketing content, and drive AI-enabled improvements while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Create annual budgets for marketing and advertising; justify investments.

• Direct advertising campaigns with budgets, timelines, and ROI measures.
• Maintain brand voice and guidelines across affiliated companies.
• Lead earned media relations and proactive story development.
• Coordinate community relations, events, and external calendars.
