Job summary

A leading search firm is seeking a Director of Commissioning to oversee the commissioning process for large-scale, mission-critical data center projects. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in commissioning and will lead teams while engaging clients and ensuring flawless system performance. Qualifications

• 10+ years in mission-critical/data center commissioning, with 5+ years leading large-scale programs.
• Proven expertise with complex MEP and critical infrastructure systems.
• Deep understanding of industry standards (ASHRAE, Uptime Institute, NFPA, NEBB, BCA).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary commissioning teams across multiple projects.
• Develop and execute commissioning strategies from preconstruction to final turnover.
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and specialty system commissioning.
• Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and ensure full compliance with design and performance specs.
