Job summary

Texas A&M University–Kingsville seeks a strategic leader to serve as Chief College Pathways and K-12 Partnerships Officer. You will drive a regional strategy to expand postsecondary opportunities and oversee Dual Credit, ECHS, and workforce-aligned pathways.

Reporting to the Vice President for Student Success, you will collaborate with school districts, colleges, and community partners to accelerate credential attainment, improve access, and ensure alignment with TAMUK priorities and regional

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Eight (8) years of professional experience in higher education, K–12 education, educational partnerships, enrollment, student success, or a closely related area.
• This position requires export-control authorization prior to starting employment.
• Compliance with state and federal laws, TAMUK policies, regulations, rules, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for TAMUK’s high school and pre‑college partnership programs.
• Develop regional strategies to expand Dual Credit, ECHS, P‑TECH, CTE, and related pathways.
• Supervise the Director of Dual Credit and align priorities with divisions.
• Engage with superintendents and district leaders to cultivate partnerships.
• Coordinate program expansion while ensuring academic quality and student success.
• Monitor program outcomes and report progress to University leadership.
