Job summary

Breuckelen Athletic in Brooklyn is seeking a seasoned Coaching Leader to oversee and elevate the coaching experience. This salaried, full-time role reports to ownership and focuses on coaching quality, programming, and tech-enabled systems.

You will develop coaches, advance programming, and implement new technologies to deliver world-class service for members in New York City. Candidates should bring 6+ years of combined coaching and business leadership, strong data capabilities, and a

Qualifications

6+ years of professional coaching and business leadership experience.
Experience implementing processes and managing staff in a consumer-facing role.
Strong experience leveraging technology to build consumer-facing solutions (UX/UI, AI, product management or data/research).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nationally recognized coaching certification and CPR certification are required.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop the coaching staff with regular feedback and performance reviews.
Establish coaching standards to ensure consistent member experiences across the organization.
Oversee programming philosophy and ensure consistency across offerings; improve methodologies using evidence and feedback.
Develop scalable coaching systems that deliver individualized experiences while maintaining operational excellence.
Track KPIs like coaching utilization, retention, and member satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.
