Job summary

Fidelity seeks a Senior Director-level Cloud Engineering leader to guide end-to-end design and development of scalable, cloud-based applications on AWS/Azure. You will set technical standards, mentor multiple teams, and drive strategic technology initiatives to align with Fidelity’s goals.

You will oversee architecture, testing, security, and documentation practices across projects, with emphasis on Kubernetes, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years in Cloud Engineering leadership or similar role.
• Alternative Master’s degree with 4 years in Cloud Engineering leadership.

Responsibilities

• Translate business vision into architectural strategy at the functional level.
• Lead cross‑functional architecture design teams.
• Drive deployment of major technology initiatives across units.
• Provide leadership and coaching to multiple teams on complex projects.
• Advise senior leadership on technical strategy and growth.
