Job summary

Trust Home Care Inc. in Maryland seeks a Director of Clinical Service (DCS) to lead planning, coordination, and evaluation of home health services.

You will supervise professional and auxiliary staff, participate in budget planning, and ensure compliant care that meets licensure and accreditation standards. You will partner with administration, physicians, and health facilities to align staffing with community needs, develop policies, and promote quality client care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse currently licensed in Maryland.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience, preferably in community/home health.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Criminal history background check required.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Participates with Administrator in business planning, strategic goals, and budgeting.
• Plans and implements staffing, policies and program development.
• Evaluates program performance and staff supervision during all service hours.
• Directs implementation of service goals, quality improvement, and utilization review.
• Develops standards for safe, effective client care and maintains communication channels.
• Collaborates with physicians and health facilities to address client needs and staffing.
