Crestwyn Behavioral Health is seeking a Director Of Clinical Services to lead our Memphis-based clinical team onsite. The role requires an MSW and independent licensure, with a strong emphasis on leadership, quality care, and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee clinical operations, develop programs based on evidence-based models, supervise staff, and collaborate with hospital leadership to align services with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• MSW is required and must be independently licensed.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience with a clinical population.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (Joint Commission, CMS, CARF) and compliance responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to clinical teams including therapists and social workers.
• Oversee daily clinical operations including budget, planning, and program decisions.
• Ensure quality care with patient-centered approaches and interdepartmental collaboration.
• Lead program development, fidelity monitoring, and staff training to reduce drift.
