Job summary

Brighton/Suncrest Hospice seeks a Director of Clinical Services to lead the hospice clinical team, oversee hiring and delivery of services, and establish care standards that comply with regulations. You will drive high-quality patient care and coordinate evaluation and performance across the clinical staff.

Ideal candidates have RN licensure in good standing, 5 years in healthcare, 2 years in leadership, and a preference for advanced degrees.

Qualifications

• 5 years in healthcare industry preferred.
• 2 years of experience working in Leadership.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing in the state of practice.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred.

The Director of Clinical Services works to provide overall direction to the hospice clinical team. They are responsible for hiring of qualified hospice personnel the provision of hospice services, directly, and the delegation to and coordination of hospice personnel evaluations; and establishing standards of care to comply with federal and state regulations and guide-lines. The duties include but are not limited to

• A solid communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to motivate, mentor, and influence others.
