Job summary

Nightingale Home Healthcare in Minnetonka, MN is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the agency's clinical services, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective patient care. You will supervise all skilled and contract staff, participate in hiring, develop evaluation plans, and ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and Home Health policies.

The role requires an RN with 2+ years in Home Health, 1+ year in supervision, and experience with OASIS.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with home health experience.
• Minimum 2 years in home health; 1 year in supervision.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and Home Health policies.
• CPR certification and valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with OASIS data collection preferred.
