Job summary

DeCoach Recovery is seeking a Director of Clinical Services for our Dayton in-patient facility. The role leads daily clinical activities, implements treatment protocols, and ensures high standards of patient care.

You will hire, train, supervise, and evaluate clinical staff; develop strategic goals, manage budgets, and oversee resource allocation while maintaining compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• A degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field is preferred.
• Active LISW, LISW‑S, LPCC, or LPSS‑S licensure is preferred.
• Proven experience in clinical leadership, management, or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, strategic planning, and financial management skills.

The Need:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Director of Clinical Services for our Dayton in‑patient facility. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a collaborative team and overseeing clinical operations. As the Director of Clinical Services, you will implement treatment protocols, hire and supervise clinical staff, monitor clinical performance data, implement improvements and develop strategic goals while ensuring high standards of patient care.
