One to One Health in Lewiston, Idaho is seeking a full-time Director of Clinical Operations and Advanced Practice Provider to lead our care team. The role blends leadership and direct patient care within a growing, mission-driven organization.

You will oversee clinic operations, coordinate staffing, support quality initiatives, provide APN/PA backfill when needed, implement process improvements, manage budgets, drive patient safety, and ensure regulatory compliance across sites to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required.
• Current Idaho Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant license and DEA registration.
• Current prescriptive authority and DEA registration.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Three years healthcare management experience.
• Two years relevant primary care experience.
• Ability to provide direct patient care and onsite clinic backfill coverage as needed.
• Ability to practice within applicable law, organizational protocols, credentialing requirements, and the provider's approved scope of practice.

Responsabilités

• Lead clinical operations across clinics, support quality and staff performance.
• Recruit and onboard care team and clinic staff.
• Manage clinic services, scheduling, EMR workflows, supplies, and facilities.
• Backfill coverage for providers and deliver direct patient care when needed.
• Maintain clinic operating budgets and report operational concerns.
