This is a dual leadership and clinical role. The Director must maintain active credentials and readiness to provide direct patient care as an Advanced Practice Provider and will provide backfill coverage in the onsite clinic when a scheduled provider is unavailable or additional clinical support is needed.

The Director develops, implements, and evaluates clinical and operational processes; collaborates with the management team in organizational planning; and ensures the delivery of safe, timely, high-quality care. • Maintain clinic operating budgets and communicate promptly with management regarding staff, patient, facility, or operational concerns.
Onsite Clinical Backfill Coverage

  • Perform pre-employment, annual wellness, and other occupational or preventive examinations within scope and credentialing.

  • Serve as an onsite resource for patients and staff and ensure required training and re-education are completed.
