Job summary

One to One Health is seeking a clinically skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Dalton clinic. You will evaluate and treat a range of health concerns, develop patient-specific treatment plans under physician supervision, and conduct wellness visits using evidence-based protocols.

The role emphasizes diverse patient interactions and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Ideal candidates are board-certified or licensed in Georgia, with at least 1 year of family

Qualifications

• Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders including client and One to One Health leaders.
• Patient-first mindset with ability to handle dynamic operations.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS certification and active GA license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in clinic settings.
• Evaluate and treat acute health problems using protocols.
• Develop and implement treatment plans under supervising physician.
• Perform wellness visits and health screenings as needed.
• Order and analyze diagnostic tests and interpret results.
• Maintain EMR data accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and refer when appropriate.
• Educate patients on health concerns and preventive care.
• Ensure compliance with written protocols and ethics.

Position Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to provide direct and indirect patient care. You will be an integral part of the clinic's success. You will be responsible for evaluating and treating, managing acute health problems using evidence-based protocols, and creating and implementing appropriate treatment plans under the supervising physician. Essential Responsibilities

• Perform pre-employment and annual wellness physicals
• Manage acute and chronic health problems using evidence-based protocols creating and implementing appropriate treatment plans under supervising physicians’ protocols
• Provide health screenings and other disease prevention programs
• Evaluation and treatment of patients for injury and illness
• Report and review cases with the medical director and client managers
• Oversee respirator and auditory testing for employees by clinic staff
• Provide age-appropriate assessments and interventions to meet the needs of teammates.
• Uphold high ethical standards and practice within the scope of practice outlined in the written protocol
• Provide patient education, health coaching, and patient health advocacy
• Order and analyze diagnostic tests
• Monitors the effectiveness of interventions
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team members by making appropriate referrals
• Enter patient data into the EMR system accurately & promptly
• Assist in all areas of the clinic, if needed
• Perform related duties as required

Required Qualifications

• Comfort and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders, including both client and One to One leadership and members of the interdisciplinary team
• A passion for helping people and a desire to realize One to One’s goal of patient-first healthcare
• A self-starter, energized by dynamic operations and a willingness to tackle a wide range of challenges
• The desire and ability to lead with compassion
• Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
• Ability to follow written step-by-step instructions
• Ability to concentrate, think, and learn
• Ability to hear, see, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, lift, push, and pull
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant with an active GA license, 1 year experience in family medicine, internal medicine or urgent care setting required
• DEA license preferred
• BLS Certified
• Intermediate level comfort speaking and understanding the Spanish language.
