Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in communicating technical ideas and concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assess department training needs and respond accordingly.
• Orient new staff and provide ongoing training.
• Schedule training programs and in-services for all employees.
• Lecture and demonstrate procedures using various media and external speakers when possible.
• Oversee online education and monitor compliance.
• Coordinate tours and introductory briefings for new personnel.
